The dress has a round neckline with a feminine stand up frill collar that continues down the the waist. There is a ribbon with metal beads and a tassel at the neckline that can be worn both open or closed, depending on the desired neckline. The dress has a 3/4 length sleeve that features a beautiful flounce detail. The dress has been made in a straight but and comes with a belt with a belt that has metal beads and and tassels at the end. The dress has a detail across the body close to the hem, which breaks the surface of the dress and creates a stunning detail. The dress has a midi length.
