The blouse has a stand up collar, a subtle push button closure at the back and a keyhole. The blouse is fitted across the shoulders and has loose fit on the body and arms. The volume on the sleeves are gathered by the wide slim cuff. The blouse has an elastic waistband that gathers it at the bottom, which makes the blouse easy to wear both over a pair of pants and also makes it easy to tuck it in.
