The blouse has a ruffled stand-up collar and a button closure down the front. The blouse has voluminous sleeves that have been gathered at the wrist. The blouse is made in a semi loose fit on the body. Since the fabric is sheer the blouse comes with a matching slip top, but you can use any slip top underneath.
